We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cold & Pizza Line Cook to prepare fresh ingredients, assemble cold dishes, and execute high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate maintains consistency, cleanliness, and speed while following kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, and cheese platters
  • Stretch dough, build, and cook pizzas according to recipe and quality standards
  • Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and plating
  • Maintain freshness and proper storage of ingredients
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Keep the station clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Assist with prep work, including chopping, slicing, and portioning
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or pizza cook preferred
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
