Job Description:

  • Compensation Management
  • Review and recommend salary adjustments based on performance evaluations and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding minimum wage, overtime, and other compensation-related matters.
  • Handle inquiries and provide guidance to employees regarding compensation-related issues.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Educate employees about available benefits and assist them with enrollment and claims processes.
  • Monitor and analyze benefits utilization and costs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect and analyze data related to compensation and benefits to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other relevant systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and statutory requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE regulations.
  • Experience in salary administration, compensation analysis, benefits management, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation and benefits data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing management reports is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain compensation and benefits programs to employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
