We're Hiring: Level 2/3 IT Helpdesk Engineer (MSP Experience Required)

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Level 2/3 IT Helpdesk Engineer with:

  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong networking skills (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls)
  • Experience with Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email security
  • Windows & macOS desktop support experience
  • Hardware and printer troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 Helpdesk Support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Configure and troubleshoot networks, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services
  • Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Resolve hardware, software, printer, and email security issues
  • Document support tickets and maintain accurate technical records
  • Assist with IT infrastructure projects and cloud migrations
  • Deliver excellent customer support and user training
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues before they escalate
