Senior Project Manager

• Supervises a group of project managers;
• Contributes to the project by providing technical inputs from conceptual phase to the construction phase of the project;
• Continuously studies processes to improve project and construction productivity;
• Monitors and reports to AVP – Engineering the status of all on-going projects;
• Identifies potential risks of the projects and recommends solutions;
• Analyzes pressing issues/concerns and recommends resolution;
• Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and prevents re-work;
• Maintains harmonious relationship amongst project stakeholder;
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Civil Engineer;
• With at least 15 years experience in project management of high-rise buildings from a reputable real-estate company;
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands;
• Proficient in plan review and value engineering;
• With strong leadership skills, assertive, resourceful and a team player;
• Computer literate
