Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans involving Personal Care Making and Packing Equipment upgrade as part of formulation upgrade and process control automation that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Define project deliverables and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and accounted for.
• Work with finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and budget reconciliation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies within project execution.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational policies.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and reviews throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

• Project Management certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project,) and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• With multi-country or regional work experience in a multinational manufacturing company for at least 3 years.
• Strong leadership & People Management experience.
