Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations for residential and architectural projects
Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Qualifications:
Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as Project In Charge / Site Engineer / Project Supervisor in residential construction
Strong understanding of architectural works, finishing, and structural integration
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
Can start immediately (ASAP)
