LEAD ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS-Architecture, not necessary license
• Excellent conceptualization and drafting skills
• Proficient in computer applications (AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, Rivet, and other rendering Software)
• Able to read and estimate working drawings
• With at least 2 years’ experience in Building Construction
• Has the ability to lead a team
• Has the willingness to learn new challenges and adopt to new culture
• Open-minded and diverse personality
• Willing to handle field works when required

• Analytical with good communication skills
• Result oriented, flexible, honest, and can work with minimum supervision
• Can easily adapt to an organizational culture with systems and procedures
• Has a mind-set to learn and experience new things
