About the Role:
Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive smarter decisions? As a Business Analyst at IMG-Shared Services, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our insurance operations. You’ll work across departments to analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business operations, processes, and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in underwriting, claims, finance, IT, and compliance to gather requirements and define business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear documentation, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, systems, or processes through detailed analysis and testing.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, customer experience metrics, and operational performance.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Stay current with insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform analysis and recommendations.
- Support project management teams with data-driven insights, risk assessments, and scope definitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Insurance, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry (property & casualty, life, or health)
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration, claims, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
