About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager at C & E Publishing, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and delivering innovative business solutions. This full-time position is based in Quezon City and will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance our service offerings and drive business growth.
What you'll be doing- Providing strategic and tactical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions
- Analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities, and developing customized solutions to address client needs
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions, and making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into the company's solutions
- Managing and mentoring a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business solutions or project management role, preferably in the Sales industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business solutions and driving process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of the Management sub-industry and its associated regulations and best practices
