- Develop and implement the annual sales plan and marketing strategies to achieve budgeted targets and improve hotel occupancy and ADR.
- Maintain and expand key client relationships, including corporate accounts, OTAs, airlines, MICE, and travel agencies.
- Organize sales calls, promotional events, and market research to enhance the visibility and influence of the Ramada brand in the local market.
- Consolidate and analyze market data monthly, submit sales reports, evaluate performance, and propose improvement measures.
- Supervise daily activities of the sales team and provide training to ensure adherence to Ramada’s Brand Sales Standards and compliance with service and sales procedures.
- Work closely with Operations, Front Office, and F&B departments to drive cross functional collaboration and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Regularly review brand website and OTA content to ensure alignment with Ramada’s visual and brand information standards.
- Represent the hotel in brand training sessions, regional marketing meetings, and partnership development events. Strictly follow Wyndham’s global sales management systems (e.g., Salesforce, WynReview) for reporting and processes.
