Deployment Services Specialist - Fresh Graduate

- Coordinates with client school to discuss requirements, technicalities and process of products’/services’ deployment
- Monitors and updates dashboard monitoring tool
- Provides orientation to client schools (Teachers and Students) in coordination with Deployment Services Supervisor
- Monitors concerns raise by CIC and be able to respond on support requirements whenever needed by the client
- Assists in the resolution of issues and concerns regarding deployment of products/services
- Monitors conduct of test facilitation to ensure that concerns and issues during the examination are being attended to as quickly as possible
- Facilitates delivery of reports to client schools
- Ensures that eBooks accounts are created and subscriptions are assigned based on the agreed timeline or lead time
- Must be able to do administrative tasks and data gathering for the deployment services team
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
