Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of tissue products throughout the converting process.
The Quality Supervisor ensures that all products meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
The Quality Supervisor leads a team of quality inspectors, coordinates with production, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Atleast 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in tissue converting, paper manufacturing, or FMCG production.
