We are currently looking for an experienced QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR. This position is manufacturing based and will require a lot of time on the production floor. Successful candidate will play a critical role not only in identifying but also in preventing defects in the manufacturing process.
He/She will liaise with people in other departments on a daily basis to help ensure that optimal level of quality is achieved.
- Possesses a bachelor's degree
- Has at least 3 years of QUALITY CONTROL or QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISORY work experience from the GARMENTS, TEXTILE, or DYEING industry
- Possesses very keen eye for details
- Analytical and skilled at identifying root cause and detecting patterns
- Can communicate well findings to people with diverse backgrounds
- Skilled at preparing reports and summarizing findings
