Quality control/assurance officer

Job Description

1. Inspection and testing

1. Conduct daily inspections of materials, in-process and finished goods. o Verify compliance with GMP on in-process and personnel
2. Identify and document defects or products that are non-compliance.

1. Quality monitoring and compliance

1. Monitor production process to maintain quality and compliance
2. Recommends process improvements to lessen defects and waste
3. Ensure GMP protocol and quality control procedures

1. Documentation and Reporting

1. Prepare and maintain all quality control reports, inspection reports and Preparation on Non-conformance report (NCR) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA)
2. Monitor customer complaints with corrective action,

1. Compliance and Standards

1. Ensure products meet reference standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Support Audits (internal and external)
3. Implementation of GMP protocol inside the warehouse

1. Problem-solving and Improvement

1. Analyze/Investigate root causes of defects or quality failures.
2. Work-with Production unit to implement preventive measures
3. Suggest / Implement process improvements.

1. Equipment and Tools management

1. Ensure inspection and testing equipment are properly calibrated (in-house and 3rd party)
2. Daily inspection on Equipment and toll cleaning and maintenance

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Quality control, inspection or manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and standards
• Ability to read and understand specifications or product standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare reports and good coordination skills with other units
• Organized and systematic
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Firm, decisive and STRICTLY compliant
