Customer Service Representative - BPO Travel Account | 1-Day Process!

Arbitrail is expanding! We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing BPO team.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Schedule: Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule

Qualifications:

  • With at least 6 months BPO experience
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM. Ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.
  • Handle customer reservation inquiries, assist with booking issues, and provide support related to hotel and supplier coordination.
  • resolve customer issues via Zendesk and log interactions efficiently.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the clients team.
  • Deliver consistent and high quality customer experiences.
