We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Director to join a leading healthcare BPO organization.
Qualifications:- Must have extensive leadership experience in Healthcare BPO
- Solid experience managing Healthcare accounts (Provider, Payer, Revenue Cycle Management, Hospital Billing, Claims, Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, etc.)
- Must currently be at the Director level or a tenured Senior Operations Manager ready for a Director role
- Strong people management and operations management skills
- Experience handling large-scale healthcare operations
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Can start ASAP
- PHP 200,000 – PHP 250,000 Salary Package
