About the Role:
We’re looking for a Parabroker to take on a more hands-on role in managing loan applications from assessment through to settlement. This role goes beyond basic support—you’ll be actively involved in deal structuring, lender selection, and ensuring applications are submission-ready with minimal back-and-forth.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct detailed financial assessments (income, expenses, liabilities) and complete accurate servicing calculations
- Assess and structure loan scenarios in line with lender policies and credit guidelines
- Research and recommend suitable lenders and products, including for more complex applications
- Prepare and package submission-ready loan applications with complete and accurate supporting documents
- Review financial documents and identify risks, inconsistencies, or red flags prior to submission
- Manage applications end-to-end by liaising with brokers, lenders, and stakeholders through to settlement
- 2–3 years of experience as a Parabroker supporting AU mortgage brokers
- Strong knowledge of Australian lending, including servicing calculations, lender policies, and loan structuring
- Proven ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and inconsistencies in financial documents
- Confident communicator, able to coordinate effectively with brokers, lenders, and stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
