Accounting Staff for Security Agency

We are a medium size Security Agency is seeking a dedicated Accounting Officer to join our team in our Taguig, Metro Manila office. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial records and accounts for our successful security agency.This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for a range of financial, administrative, and reporting duties.
What you'll be doing- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and perform regular account reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and other reports
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Finance teams as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency
- 1-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within the security industry
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
