Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting activities, including data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses
• Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding accounting issues or discrepancies
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or other related program
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Officer or in a similar role for 1-2 years
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
