HR Analyst / Safety Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee records administration and HR operations.
• Knowledgeable in employee documentation, including preparation, filing, and maintenance of employee 201 files.
• Experienced in preparing employment contracts, memoranda, notices, and other HR-related documents.
• Familiar with Philippine government-mandated benefits and statutory compliance, including:
• Social Security System (SSS)
• Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth)
• Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF/Pag-IBIG)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, and report generation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a designated Safety Officer 1 (SO1) in accordance with the Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.
• Must have successfully completed the 8-hour Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Orientation Course prescribed by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) or conducted by a DOLE-recognized training provider.
• Knowledgeable in the implementation of basic workplace safety and health programs and DOLE OSH regulations.
• Able to assist in conducting workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, incident reporting, and implementation of safety policies.
• Capable of maintaining safety records and assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation required for OSH compliance.
