Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct regular site safety inspections and monitor compliance with company and client safety requirements.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare corresponding reports.
Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness activities.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and maintain safety records.
Coordinate with project teams and clients on safety-related matters.
Assist during safety audits, inspections, and emergency drills.
Perform other safety-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Engineering course or related field is preferred.
Must possess a valid Safety Officer II (SO2) certification.
At least 1 year of relevant safety experience, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.
Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.
Willing to travel and work at project sites.
