Job Summary:

The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day business operations of the company. The role includes processing business permits and government compliance requirements, coordinating operational activities, maintaining records, and assisting different departments and Directors in achieving operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operational and administrative activities of the company.
  • Process and renew business permits, licenses, and other government-related requirements.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents and records.
  • Monitor permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewal and compliance.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and safekeeping of company records and permits.
  • Assist in procurement, inventory monitoring, and supplier coordination.
  • Support branch or office operational requirements and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence related to operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding operational concerns and requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, deliveries, and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience in administrative or operational work is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in processing business permits and government compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
