Job Overview

The Store Sales Assistant supports day-to-day retail operations by assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries
  • Support daily store operations and sales activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
  • Process POS and cash transactions accurately
  • Assist in receiving, monitoring, and replenishing stocks
  • Help prepare sales and inventory reports
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and tagged
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding operational concerns
Qualifications
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and customer-oriented
  • Willing to work shifting schedules and mall hours
