The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for handling customer orders, coordinating product dispatch, and ensuring smooth communication between the dressing plant and clients. This role focuses on operational support to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders for dressed chicken and by-products.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and on-time loading.
• Monitor and oversee product loading for HRI (Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution) clients.
• Manage documentation related to order fulfillment, returns, and dispatch.
• Address customer concerns related to deliveries and coordinate resolutions with concerned departments.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and delivery reports.
• Assist in preparing weekly operational reports and customer activity summaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned related to customer and dispatch operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
• With relevant experience in logistics, plant operations, or customer coordination (preferably in food or poultry industry).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Marilao or Bustos, Bulacan.
• Can start immediately.
