What You'll Do:
- Lead M&A, IPO, debt and equity fundraising transactions
- Originate new business and grow client relationships
- Oversee deal execution from pitch to closing
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
- Manage and mentor a team of Corporate Finance professionals
What We're Looking For:
- 10–15 years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
- Strong background in M&A, IPOs, capital raising, and financial advisory
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field
- MBA, CFA, or CPA is an advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical, and relationship management skills
