Finance Clerk (Entry Level Role)

The Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to build a rock-solid foundation in corporate finance, payroll, and HR administration? We are looking for an organized and proactive Finance Clerk to act as a vital support pillar for our finance team.

Directly assisting the Payroll & Treasury Manager, you will handle everything from critical government payment workflows to essential employee lifecycle logistics. If you love accuracy, structure, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!

• ? Treasury & Payment Support
• Draft Payment Request Forms (PRFs) for crucial statutory expenses (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth contributions, and loans).
• Process third-party payroll invoices, fund transfers, and internal finance reimbursements.
• Manage petty cash disbursements and compile liquidation documents.
• ? Financial Tracking
• Organize, file, and compile payment receipts for all government remittances.
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc financial and operational reports for management review.
• ? HR & Office Operations
• Manage data entry for employee leaves and maintain physical/digital 201 files.
• Audit pre-employment requirements for probationary hires, third-party contractors, and interns.
• Facilitate employee perks, including the distribution of HMO cards, company IDs, and gift cards.
• Assist with medicine inventory tracking and logistics for company events.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience: At least six (6) months of experience in a finance, billing, accounting, or administrative role.
• Tools: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data tracking, formatting) and Word.
