About the role
Sotogrande Hotel and Resort Group is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sotogrande Iloilo Hotel. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Oversee the management of room availability, reservations, and room assignments
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of room occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Assist with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and execution of front office strategies and initiatives
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, such as property management systems
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
