Logistic Coordinator
About the role
As a Logistic Coordinator at LFBA Group of Companies, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of our products to our retail stores across Metro Manila. This full-time position is based in Valenzuela City and will involve managing the logistics of our supply chain to meet customer demands.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of product.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules and minimize delays
- Maintain accurate inventory records and identify any discrepancies or stock shortages
- Assist with the implementation of new logistics processes and technologies to improve efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly
- 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Philippine logistics regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or a related field.
