General Accounting Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain general ledger accounts.
- Record journal entries and reconcile accounts monthly/quarterly.
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control analysis.
- Ensure adherence and local accounting regulations.
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable transactions.
- Handle payroll postings and fixed asset capitalization.
- Perform reconciliations and adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of books.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- With 2 - 3 years experience in general accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
