Accounting Supervisor (Accounts Receivable)

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and delivering timely reporting.

• Supervise and review Accounts Receivable activities and transactions
• Review AR-related journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting deadlines
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls
• Review high-volume receivable transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with local and international stakeholders to validate transactions and accounting data
• Support General Ledger activities related to Accounts Receivable
• Assist with audit requirements, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Monitor statutory and regulatory reporting deadlines
• Coach and guide team members to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
• Maintain ownership of assigned Australia/New Zealand entities and proactively resolve issues

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years of combined experience in Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, and/or Audit
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, or strong leadership experience in an accounting function
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work night shift schedule
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City during probationary period

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience supporting multinational operations
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or billing and collections systems
• Exposure to Australia/New Zealand entities
