Role Overview:
The Accounting Supervisor leads a team handling General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivable (Order-to-Cash) processes. The role is responsible for reviewing team outputs, providing coaching, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.The incumbent also manages statutory/regulatory compliance for assigned entities and supports overall accounting operations to meet business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or audit
- With at least 3 years supervisory experience or strong leadership potential
- Proficient in accounting systems/applications
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and analyze financial data
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
