We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer who goes beyond routine buying and is focused on delivering real value to the business.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, negotiates effectively, and ensures that materials, services, and supplies are sourced at the best quality, price, and timeline. What You Will Do- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
- Source, evaluate, and accredit suppliers and contractors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support project and operational needs
- Monitor and control purchasing costs and budgets
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchase orders, records, and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers
- Coordinate with project teams, warehouse, and finance for smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and reduce costs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (construction industry is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
