The Talent We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in Creative Production Design, Multimedia Production, Finished Art, Campaign Production, or Digital Production Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-volume campaign rollout, asset versioning, and multi-channel production execution
• Proven success working in deadline-driven, SLA-focused creative production environments

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including automation workflows, scalable modules, and high-volume rollout systems
• Experience building HTML5 banners, rich media assets, and digital display creative
• Strong Excel / spreadsheet capability for data-driven rollout workflows, versioning, and automation support
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to optimize creative workflows

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for finished art and layout execution
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for campaign motion assets
• Deep understanding of typography, prepress requirements, print production, and press-ready artwork standards

• Excellent written and verbal English communication with confidence working with Australian stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, project ownership, and ability to manage multiple high-pressure campaign deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative, adaptable, and highly organized in fast-paced production environments

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume creative rollouts using Figma automation systems, Excel-driven workflows, and production templates
• Manage scalable asset versioning efficiently while maintaining quality, speed, and technical accuracy

• Produce finished creative assets across print advertising, event collateral, email, digital display, HTML5 banners, rich media, and motion campaigns
• Build production-ready campaign assets optimized for platform requirements and audience engagement

• Create press-ready artwork for print, publishing, and large-format branding executions
• Ensure strict adherence to prepress, typography, layout, and production standards

• Develop animated assets, video creatives, and motion graphics for digital and social media campaigns
• Produce high-quality HTML5 and rich media creatives aligned with campaign objectives

• Maintain absolute brand consistency across premium editorial, lifestyle, and publishing brands
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting strict deadlines, SLAs, and production schedules
• Collaborate closely with onshore creative leaders, strategists, and account teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions
