We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team at Purple Doors Cafe Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen, delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes following established recipes and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
- Assisting with menu planning and development to enhance our culinary offerings
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work culture
- Proven experience as a kitchen staff or line cook in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
