- Responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized.
- Responsible in washing dishes, cooking equipment and work stations, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards and maintaining all areas in accordance to food safety standards.
- Provide assistance to food preparation.
- Assist with the unloading of deliveries, food storage and monitoring of inventories.
- Report all damaged or faulty equipment to Kitchen Lead.
- Packaging customers leftover food upon request. Cleaning trash cans and disposing trash on a regular basis.
