SALES AND ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE MANAGER (Individual Contributor)
  1. Sales Strategy and Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Generate and qualify leads, maintaining an active and healthy sales pipeline.
  1. Account Management and Client Retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  1. Solution Selling and Client Consultation
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to design and propose IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Present and discuss enterprise software, Microsoft-based platforms, and other IT solutions effectively.
  • Provide consultative selling by understanding client business challenges and recommending value-driven solutions.
  1. Bid and Proposal Management
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive and customized offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability.
  1. Revenue and Performance Management
  • Meet or exceed individual and company sales targets.
  • Monitor account performance, profitability, and revenue growth.
  • Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status regularly.
  1. Post-Sales Coordination
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation or project teams.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients throughout delivery.
  • Address client concerns promptly and coordinate solutions internally.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate studies is an advantage.
  • 2 or 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience selling and handling IT solutions, enterprise software, or Microsoft-based platforms is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
