  • Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates
  • Must have at least 2 years of B2B Collections experience
  • With a minimum of 12 months tenure in each previous role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and follow up on outstanding B2B accounts
  • Communicate with clients to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely collections
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities
  • Meet or exceed collection targets and KPIs
