Maintenance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes and directs activities concerned with maintenance and repair of shops / outlets, facilities and systems.
• Maintains an ample inventory of maintenance supplies for repairs need.
• Schedules all maintenance and repair jobs requested by shops / outlets or offices.
• Oversees the repair and rehabilitation works being undertaken by the maintenance personnel.
• Coordinates with outside contractors regarding repairs of specialize equipment
• Ensures that all outlets are properly maintained in accordance with approved specification and safety standards.
• Ensures that all maintenance personnel consistently and regularly evaluate the working condition of equipment, facilities and other assets used in the shop and ensures proper maintenance and utilization of such assets.
• Ensures that all equipment in the company are properly utilized according to relevant standards and procedures for the said equipment.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical or civil engineering graduate, preferably licensed
• Must be familiar with electrical and building codes will be an advantage
• At least two (2) years supervisory or related experience
• Computer literate
• Can easily adapt in a fast pace environment
