Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager on behalf of a reputable client in the food manufacturing sector. The role is based in Cagayan de Oro and requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise in plant maintenance and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, and third-party service contracts to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Manage and control maintenance budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources within cost guidelines.
• Ensure the workplace meets safety and operational standards across the production area.
• Identify training needs, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to build a skilled and empowered team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, reliability, and equipment performance.
