Maintenance and Engineering Manager

We are in need of one (1) Maintenance and Engineering Manager, Full Time

• Graduate of BS Electrical, Mechanical and other related courses.
• At least 8-year experience in managing maintenance and engineering team with high technical and leadership capacity; exposure in manufacturing set-up is advantage.
• High knowledge troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical parameters, preventive and corrective planning, installation, and systems analysis.
• Analytical thinker, problem-solver, keen to details, and initiate strategic improvements.
• Average skill in computer (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Easily adapt to operations quick changes and accept professional critiques. Basic Function
• Responsible for managing the maintenance and engineering team; ensuring all machines, facilities, electrical, mechanical and other related systems in the plant is well maintained and is consistently functional;
• Responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and organizing the work of the maintenance and engineering technicians; guaranteeing excellent service is offered to internal customers by making sure all machines, buildings, equipment are accordingly upkeep in order to meet the customers product quality, quantity and safety standards.
