About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at GPnC Manpower Services' in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a key contributor in shaping the success of our hospitality business.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to maintain high standards of service and productivity
- Ensure effective scheduling and assignment of duties to staff, optimising resources and coverage
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service
- Assist in training and developing restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business
