The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinates events, and assists in promoting the company's products through presentations and on-site marketing activities. Responsibilities include organizing trade shows, dealer events, and product demos, preparing promotional materials, supporting digital and offline campaigns, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in event coordination or sales/marketing support is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in graphic design tools is a plus
- Willing to travel and assist in field activities such as product demos and trade events
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when events are scheduled
