This is a 4month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, with potential to extend if required by the business.Important Reminder: Contractor roles are paid hourly and engaged via the Upwork platform, which includes time tracking for logged work hours. Contract Work Scope:
- Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., paid social, paid search, display, email, organic social).
- - Prepare creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review, and assist with file organization and brief formatting.
- - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Data, Site Experience) on campaign deliverables.
- - Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials and assets
- - - Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools.
- - Update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- - Flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization.
- - Support AB testing and help document test hypotheses, setups, and results.
- - Assist in competitive research and ad benchmarking.
- - Review past campaign results to identify takeaways and apply relevant insights to current programs.
- - Support performance recaps by gathering creative examples, screenshots, and reporting visuals across channels.
- - Assist in formatting seasonal insights and organizing learnings into accessible, presentationready formats
- - - Documentation & Process Support
- Organize campaign materials and shared folders, ensuring consistent naming conventions and easy access across teams.
- - Document campaign wrapups and share key takeaways with the team.
- - Maintain campaign trackers and build a consolidated calendar of deliverables, milestones, and timelines to support crossfunctional visibility.
- - Track creative asset status, flagging missing elements and ensuring timely followup across teams.
- - Assist with formatting internal decks, updating slide templates, or preparing presentationready documents as needed.
- - Support invoice and contract tracking by organizing campaignrelated documentation from vendors and partners.
- - - Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Support internal and partnerfacing communications by drafting outreach emails, organizing contact lists, and assisting with followups.
- - Monitor inbox and team threads to surface timesensitive action items or communications requiring review.
- - Help prepare notes, recaps, or supporting materials for crossfunctional meetings or seasonal syncs.
- - Assist with general project coordination tasks across Growth Businesses, helping ensure deliverables stay on track
- - Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
- - Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
- - Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- - Experience in Marketing is not required, but is definitely a plus.
- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- - Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and supporting crossfunctional teams.
- - A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support both executional tasks and operational needs.
- Location: The Growth Marketing Analyst (Contract) position is a remote contractual engagement for Balsam Brands.
Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process.
Status: This is a contractual, homebased job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of fulltime, dedicated work daily, five days a week. Given the role’s contractual nature, there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard, the contract will be effective from September 2025 to January 2026.Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.
Rate: USD 5.40 hourlyPayment Mode: Weekly via Upwork
