Human resources officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and leave management
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Handle employee concerns, engagement initiatives, and workplace relations
• Coordinate performance evaluations and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Assist management with organizational planning and HR strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
