Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, facility upkeep, and support services. This role ensures that administrative processes, vendor coordination, and office resources are effectively managed to support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  1. Facilities Management
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, and repairs
  • Coordinate with building management and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards
  1. Vendor & Asset Management
  • Source and coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Monitor contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  • Maintain inventory of company assets and equipment
  1. Administrative Support
  • Provide support to different departments for admin-related needs
  • Assist in company events, meetings, and logistics
  • Handle permits, licenses, and government compliance requirements
  1. Cost Control & Reporting
  • Monitor administrative expenses and budgets
  • Prepare reports on admin costs, asset utilization, and vendor performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 2–4 years experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience in vendor management and facilities handling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
