Job Overview
The HR Administrative will assist with a variety of tasks including administrative support, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and other HR-related duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
HR Administrative & Data Management- Maintain and update personnel records in internal HR databases
- Input new employee data and update existing records
- Support HRIS system implementation through data entry and quality control
- Assist with candidate prescreening and interview scheduling
- Organize onboarding schedules, calendar invites, and training logistics
- Facilitate orientation and ensure completion of onboarding documentation
- Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Manage HR-related email correspondence and follow-ups
- Provide support for benefits-related tasks and documentation
- Ensure employee files meet compliance standards
- Coordinate employee training programs and track participation
- Maintain training records and support engagement initiatives
- Assist with wellness programs, events, and internal HR projects
- Attend training sessions as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
