Job Overview

The HR Administrative will assist with a variety of tasks including administrative support, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and other HR-related duties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

HR Administrative & Data Management
  • Maintain and update personnel records in internal HR databases
  • Input new employee data and update existing records
  • Support HRIS system implementation through data entry and quality control
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with candidate prescreening and interview scheduling
  • Organize onboarding schedules, calendar invites, and training logistics
  • Facilitate orientation and ensure completion of onboarding documentation
Employee Support & Communication
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues
  • Manage HR-related email correspondence and follow-ups
Benefits & Compliance
  • Provide support for benefits-related tasks and documentation
  • Ensure employee files meet compliance standards
Learning, Development & Engagement
  • Coordinate employee training programs and track participation
  • Maintain training records and support engagement initiatives
  • Assist with wellness programs, events, and internal HR projects
  • Attend training sessions as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
