About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our thriving call centre team in Cebu City, Cebu as full-time Call Centre Agents. In this role, you will be the friendly voice representing our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner
- Providing product or service information and assisting customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations
- Adhering to call centre protocols, quality standards, and key performance indicators to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and computer proficiency
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry, is an advantage
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
