Cloud-Native Application Engineer - Junior

Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud-Native Application Engineer to join our development team and drive the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of modern containerized applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in containerization technologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain containerized software solutions.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Build, deploy, and manage containers using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Monitor and optimize container performance, resource usage, and lifecycle.
• Ensure security in container networking, image management, and runtime.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to system architecture and configurations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with container image registries and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration, networking, and security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize container workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
