Application Support Engineer
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Document and maintain support processes and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Google Compute Engine.

- Strong understanding of application support principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Google Compute Engine.
- This position is based in Manila.
