Maintenance Specialist - Mechanical

We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist – Mechanical to support the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of our plant's mechanical equipment and facilities. If you are passionate about maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
Roles and Responsibilities- Perform mechanical maintenance for all plant equipment and machinery.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the reliable operation of machines and facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend maintenance improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
- Assist in equipment installation, repair, welding, and metal fabrication activities as required.
- Maintain, operate, and improve mechanical systems and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety policies, maintenance procedures, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledgeable in:
- Mechanical Repairs
- Welding
- Metal Fabrication
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work at Km. 10, Sasa, Davao City.
